On 20 and 21 July Commander LtGen John W. Morgan, Commander of Headquarters Allied Force Command Heidelberg (HQ FC Heidelberg), visited 1(GE/NL)Corps.

The purpose of the visit was to establish a relationship with LtGen Ton van Loon. During his stay Commander LtGen John W. Morgan was informed about the major activities and vision of the Corps.
